Otters Cove Bar & Grill - Scenic American Dining with Lake Views in Sevierville, TN

Visiting from out-of-town. Tried this place on a whim because we also wanted to see the lake. The food was good - fresh and fast. The open-air seating provides a great view and fun atmosphere. Service was friendly. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Otters cove bar and grill is great place to visit. Food was excellent, service was friendly and on time. Nice touch with logo toasted on the bun. I got the marinated chicken sandwhich, wings and fries. My wife got grouper bites. The atomsphere is exceptional with the view of douglas lake and smoky mountains in the back ground. Highly recommend especially if you go there when live music is playing.

I’m so grateful to the new management! The Grill serves up delicious food and an inviting atmosphere worthy of this gorgeous spot on Douglas Lake. The staff were friendly and our waitress T was very attentive. We’d been here in the past prior to new management. It had been underwhelming back then. The new crew knows what to do! I was so grateful for the renovated space that is well-designed and clean. The sun canopies and fans kept us cool. The grouper bites, slaw, and fried were yummy! We’re locals and look forward to heading back with even more friends!

Our first visit under the new ownership and we were very impressed. The entire staff was very nice and Kristen our server was top notch. The food was all excellent. We had the meatball sub, triple tacos and fried clams. Service was very fast and the beer was ice cold. The views of the lake and mountains were fantastic and we could view our house on the other shore of the lake. This will become of our hangouts. Great job on providing a nice place to eat on the lake!

Had a great time here today for lunch via boat. The music was awesome, great singer (Joe Lee Stevens). And every single person we came in contact with that worked here was so friendly and helpful. They are very dog welcoming and brought them cooling mats, water & treats. They even have a dog menu. My chicken sandwich was so tender and very well flavored. Great views as well. We will def be back. The owners are doing something right bc the staff all seem so happy and eager to please.

Otters Cove is a humble but very fun place to have a bite to eat. They are a very fun and friendly staff who always make you feel like you are part of the family. I would highly recommend the wings special on Saturdays. You can see the mountains and the lake while you dine and watch the Volunteers play football, which in my opinion is very nice an authentic.

Had a chance to go back to Douglas Lake for dinner. Cute place on the lake near the dam. Beautiful views with beautiful weather. Atmosphere was relaxing. Service was great. Food was tasty. I had the breaded chicken wrap with onion rings. The wrap could have used a tad more ranch (maybe I will try the honey mustard next time) and the lettuce had a little too much of the core, but otherwise it was good. The onion rings were pretty thick but were crunchy and crisp. Yum! My son ordered the BBQ smash burger with onion rings and had no complaints. My husband ordered the grilled shrimp basket with fries. Said it was really good. We will be back to try more of the menu! Nice place to relax!

Late lunch. Server recommended the cheese sticks & marinara. They were excellent. My husband had the smash burger w/bbq. It was delicious. Onion rings were great. Beautiful scenery. Attentive service. We will be back.
